Omega Phi Alpha

Alpha Zeta Chapter

Kennesaw State University's chapter was founded on October 15, 2006, when members of Omega Phi Alpha’s National Executive Board (including former National President Amy McConnell) and sisters from six different chapters welcomed the KSU colonists into sisterhood as they became active sisters of Alpha Zeta Chapter. Twenty-two founding mothers were initiated in the ceremony, in the culmination of almost a year’s hard work. The end of 2006 also saw the activation of the Alpha pledge class with 27 new sisters. Since then, Alpha Zeta Chapter has initiated over 200 sisters.
